Default concrete sweat

got a shop that was built about 20 to 30 years ago and the floor has gotten worse about sweating in last couple years guess the plastic has finally rotted any ideas on a sealer that mite help slow it or possibly stop it thanks.

Mine does it to and I've got plastic under the slab and epoxy. It's not coming up through the slab, it's the moisture in the warm humid air condensating on the cool slab. A sealer will do nothing, might make it worst because the slab will not absorb the condensation. Making the shop air tight and running a dehumidifier or ac might work but if you've got a roll up door, as soon as you open it, you've defeated your effort.
