Default What constitutes track bashing?

Seems to be a popular subject here. Let's find out just exactly what it is.

Show me a track that doesn't get bashed and I'll show you a track no longer in operation. You have one today they called Breakaway and guess what area most of the bashing and negative talk came from.

That is not why Breakaway shut down. Check your facts before you post your guesses, remarks.

I know and realize that Bill but they got their share of bashing and I usually have my facts straight and there were no guesses on my part BILL. I resent your come back post Bill, maybe Glenn knew you better than me after all. Have a great day.

There's no since in running anyone's track or their program down. If you find yourself in a situation at a track where you don't agree with either take it up with the people running the track or simply go else where. I am extremely happy Emerald Coast reopened...there will be good races there. I also love racing at Atmore but driving all the way across the state to race is tough on me. Montgomery is always a good place. Cottonwood is home and everyone involved with it has worked their asses off to make it great. We are fortunate to have such great tracks close by. Forgot US 19, it has a bunch of good racing too!

I feel sorry for some of you that are so Bored and full of Hate and your only Enjoyment seems to come from Bashing someone else or some place of business (a race track is a business)and Whine Whine Whine all day long.

If I start filling that way I hope in my Vette and become a 16 year old kid again with no worries in the World and Ride Like The Wind!!!!

PS I'm a White Straight Republican now how can I piss anyone else off today......I know how

Well you brought him up. They may have been bashed, but that isn't why they shut down. The bank shut the track down.

The so-called bashing could have resulted in loss of business--which is the motive behind said bashing. The loss of business probably led to financial difficulty, which led to the bank having to take over. Belittle if you will but remember you reap what you sow!

The track was sold to some new people. They started making improvements and the bank stepped in and took the track from them. It was maybe 1/3 to 1/2 finished. Different situation than with your friends at EC.
